I mean, I could focus on the negatives...
or I could focus on the Animal Crossing instead. Let's do that.
...so. Where to begin? (The start, I suppose.)
To be completely honest, most of this month has been normal (only in a personal sense, obviously.) Naturally, it's not really been difficult to track the growing sense of unease (that's one way to put it -- terror is another) that's been making the rounds over this month.
Now, I, having diabetes, am at a higher risk of a severe infection myself... but I still went to college anyway. I don't really know if I would even have been allowed off at all. However:
a) I used the hand sanitiser they put around college
b) All schools and colleges were shut anyway last week and I've been working from home since then except not now because technically I'm in a chemistry lesson but I finished the work and why am I admitting this online
Also, am I the only person in the country (key workers and their children excluded) who doesn't have cabin fever now? I function perfectly fine staying at home all day long (after all, it's 1 week 5 days since I was last outside and there's no problems yet.)
ANYWAY, let's talk about the new game!
I'm enjoying it a lot! (except the 5,696,000 Bell total mortgage with no super-quick way of getting money like in New Leaf) I'm not even halfway through it; the halfway point is the LAST mortgage
You start on a completely deserted island with two other villager characters, set up where you want to live, hear the same music track 24 hours a day until you upgrade Resident Services, which takes over a week; and make the town yourself from the ground up!
I think what I'm most looking forward to in the game is the ability to shape the land.
I know when I get it, I just haven't gotten it yet. 👍🏻
...Anyway, that's all I have for today. Hopefully I won't fall ill with anything, not least COVID-19 though asking not to is probably jinxing it and I'll be here again at the end of April! Bye!
