Hi there, everybody! This week has been boiling. And apparently tomorrow's going to be even worse with me... There's a flawless excuse to stay inside tomorrow!
Whole Week
This week, I have been doing:
- Perspective drawings in Art
- More Shakespeare in English
- Javelins in PE
- Science-themed Monopoly in Science
- The British Isles in Geography
Monday
Monday was the May Bank Holiday - long weekend! I stayed home, played games and then had a ton of trouble trying to get to sleep.
Tuesday
Tuesday was less happy. It was an absolute heatwave - 15° is absolute hell when you're trying to do a walk. And just as a reference point, I am used to temperatures in the single figures right now. I'm just thankful I don't live in Australia... don't think I could take it.
On our walk, we saw a sheep on its back. Marta managed to get help for it... but not before Skye almost jumped the fence to try to turn it over. (Well, at least no obvious harm was done.) So I suppose it wan't that less happy, but it was certainly... odd.

On Thursday, we had a new student start. His name is Tye and he seems nice.

Well, that's it for this week - apart from Tuesday, this week was fairly boringish (not exactly boring, but not exciting either.) Don't forget, Sunday is quiz day!
