I suppose we'll get started then!
Whole Week
This week in lessons, I have done the following:
- Rounders in PE
- Storywriting in English
- Oceania and Antarctica (Mon) and watching a film (Thu) in Geography
- Lettering with carbon paper in Art
- Relaxation in Communication Skills
- Burning food in Science
- Some songs in Music
- Crime in PSHE
- Painting a box in CDT
- My usual work (and some interesting discussions) in Maths
- Not much (Mon), a walk (Tue), ICT (Wed) and ICT (Thu) in Extended Learning
Tuesday
On Tuesday, we went on a walk up a nice hill near school - I have some pictures to share with you all! (You can click or tap on the pictures to zoom in.)
In fact, at the top, everything was so far away that the parallax effect (things closer seemingly moving faster as you move) barely happened, so it was like looking at a massive animated painting!
Wednesday
Remember last week when I was angry about Minecraft lessons? (Part of that was because I was actively looking for bad things, but that's not really the point.) Well, on Wednesday, I tried out Minecraft, and I really liked it! I'm not really sure why, but I do like it!
Thursday
On Thursday, I got a new phone case! Plus, I got my own house key! This week has really been a good one.
Friday
Today was the last day of the half term! It was also the first student council meeting (not much was really said!) And today was also the day of the end-of-half-term assembly. I got £10 from coming in third place overall - and I even managed to win the raffle! That netted me an additional £30 for a grand 'today total' of £40! In addition, I will also be getting Minecraft later today!
Now... now we're at the end of the final Week Overview post. So here's today's inspirational message:
