Random Content: 17 April 2016

Hello, everybody! Time for the content that is mostly predictable but slightly random!

Truly random content!

New section here (it got unanimous approval in the poll):
Welcome to the Upcoming Games NEWS section of Random Content! Here, I talk about any news on upcoming games that I am interested in. Let's go!

Kirby: Planet Robobot
It has recently been revealed that the Robobot Armour will sport ESP and Wheel modes, ESP being one of the new Copy Abilities in the game. This bumps the number of Robobot Armour forms up to an even 14! It has also been revealed that Mirror Kirby will be making a comeback after a seven-year long absence, last appearing in Kirby Super Star Ultra (2009).

Unfortunately, there has been no more information revealed about any other games I am looking forward to, so we will have to stop there for now. See you here again whenever there's more gaming info!

But that doesn't mark the end of the post!

Chemistry model kit!
My kit arrived about an hour after I posted the blog update on Friday, and I've been playing with it ever since. So I thought, why not post a picture and short description every week of a different chemical compound? Here's our first chemical compound, a component of DNA:
Adenine, the DNA base represented by the letter A. White is hydrogen, black is carbon and blue is nitrogen. Short sticks represent single bonds and long, bendy sticks represent double bonds. (More on bonds here: Covalent bond - Wikipedia)

In DNA, adenine is paired with the base thymine. And somehow, we end up with a material that can store about 700 kilobytes of information per gram.

(And if anybody's wondering about the double shadows, they happen in my room because the lights aren't lined up correctly.)

Anyway, NOW we reach the end of the blog post. Hope you've all enjoyed it! Here's our inspirational quote for today:
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it."
-Edith Wharton
Anyway, see you on Friday! Bye!
