Week Overview: Mon 5/10/15 to Fri 9/10/15 -SPECIAL-

Hey there everyone! I have personally had an AMAZING week, so let's set this week overview in motion!

Monday
On Monday, I was filmed by the BBC! I think it was for some sort of report about schools like mine or something... Not sure, though. I'll post a newsflash update as soon as I get the date, time and channel, which I have been told should be Monday.

Wednesday and Thursday
Thank you all SO MUCH for the flood of responses I've been given about the blog! I would like to mention that the questionnaire is now closed, so no more responses can be made. There shouldn't be any more changes to the blog for a while now, as I find this system works (especially when I write up about my days BEFORE Friday.) But even that pales in comparison to...

Friday
WOW!!! My blog's now become popular with a whole NEW crowd of people! It all started like this...

Marta, my PE teacher, came in this morning and took me out of class. So I wondered, what do they want to talk to me about? We went into the room next door and Marta and Sammy (another staff member) immediately both gave me a hug, and Kay (another staff member) shook my hand as well. Marta told me about how she and Sammy had read my blog earlier this morning and how it actually made them cry. They told me I'd have the messages from my mind posted around school and have some entries from the blog printed off and shown at a governors' meeting on Tuesday. Never did I imagine that my blog would result in this! But that wasn't the end of it. They gave me a Teachers' Choice, an Above and Beyond and another raffle ticket to go along with it! This means a total of three raffle tickets and one merit to spend in the school shop! I should explain.

When I do good, I get points. They range from a 1 to a 5. A 1 means -2 points on the total, a 4 means one merit and a 5 means two. We can spend merits online on a variety of things, like Amazon vouchers and even iPads!

What's more, the company that does my online teaching, Nisai, were told as well - and an email was sent out to every staff member containing the blog address! Honestly, I really only know one thing to say. Thank you, Marta! Thank you, Sammy! And thank you, Kay!

Thanks to this news, I have had an AMAZING week. I am really excited for Monday now, because not only will I find out when I will be on TV, I might even get to see the messages from my mind all around the school!

That seems to be all I have to say now. But we mustn't forget the message from my mind:
"A friend is someone who cares for others. If you find someone in need, don't ignore them."
And that's all for today! Thank you all for reading, and I shall see you on Sunday!
