Halloween!

Happy Halloween, everybody!
It's that time of the year again, where it's not celebrated nearly as much as in America, and also the time where young children get stacks of sweets anyway.

When I was younger, I never overly celebrated Halloween much. Even still, if it makes children happy, it can't be bad, can it? There's funny films (mostly American, but still funny), and even if we don't always go out of our way to celebrate it, there's still some fun happening for everyone - if you know where to look.

Halloween has a long history stretching back thousands of years, but has now been reshaped to better fit the modern world (courtesy of America? Not sure.) Traditionally, it has been a night of magical strength and spiritual contact - that alone is proof traditions can be forgotten. Now? As we all know and as I have stated about five other times in this post alone, Halloween is more a fun time nowadays. And remember - if you look carefully, there's fun for everyone!

Of course, I would recommend that you don't buy too much sweets. Take my home, for example. We don't get lots of sweets because we barely get anybody coming around. So when someone does come around, it's actually a special occasion. (Sometimes, at least.) Of course, I get my Halloween fun from watching funny films we have lying around.

There are, as many know, stacks of Halloween-related films. And as many people also know, there are stacks of Halloween-related films that are shown on TV. Some new, some old.

Now, I really tried to stretch this post, but even then, it was hard to write out. At any rate, we've reached the message from my mind. The message is from the gold winner of the Mind Message Contest, my sister - Maia!
"Make sure to remind the people you love just how special they are. Who knows, they might need it then!"
I'll see you tomorrow for our usual Random Content - in the usual colours, too. Bye for now!
