Hello everybody! As you may have guessed, today is my 14th birthday! It's been a wonderful day and I've been given some wonderful presents!
My parents gave me a New 3DS, which I had been hoping for for AGES, and they also gave me two amiibo - figurines with NFC functionality that enhance a game, but are not necessarily required to actually play the games they are compatible with. I was nervous about the transfer from old to new 3DS, as last time I did it, all of the save data was lost, but this time everything went smoothly with no loss of anything. I've also already recieved £65 worth of Amazon vouchers in the post!
My sister, Maia, knitted me a nice long scarf and also got me £15 in Nintendo eShop vouchers. With the Amazon vouchers, I have already bought a pair of cover plates for the front and back of the console, to personalise it.
Now, when I said there were two special events coming up as of Wednesday, I'm sorry. You see, I had meant to post on Friday but forgot - the reason being I had recieved Super Mario Maker for the Wii U. I had it pre-ordered it earlier on. Well, not much I can do about that now, I suppose.
And with that, I suppose, I leave you with the usual message from my mind.
"If you don't want to watch anything depressing, stay away from news channels."
